Prices per room per night incl. VAT.

Please note that the prices may vary during trade fairs, events and the Oktoberfest, depending on the apartment category and the length of stay.

Besides the basic rent, the rental price also includes cleaning and laundry costs, internet and satellite TV fee, use of the gym as well as any other ancillary costs like electricity, water, heating and TV license fees.

As from a three-months-stay, we invoice a flat fee for final cleaning in the amount of € 100,00 incl. VAT.

The respective invoice amount (up to 30 nights stay) must be received on the apartmenthaus international account or debited from a credit card no later than the day of arrival. If the booking lasts longer than 30 nights, the rent must still be received in full and monthly in advance, at the latest by the 1st working day of the month, by bank transfer or fully deductible off a credit card debit.

Payments on account are only possible with the express consent of apartmenthaus international and upon presentation of a cost assumption with credit card data. Invoices from apartmenthaus international without a due date are payable without deduction within ten days of receipt of the invoice.
