Service & Amenities
apartmenthaus international offers you accommodation with all amenities such as weekly room cleaning, free WiFi, your own mailbox and a bell for each apartment, fitness room, laundromat on each floor, two elevators and numerous outdoor and underground parking spaces.
Housekeeping & linen change
• Weekly cleaning of the apartment (kitchen excluded) included.
• Additional cleaning and cleaning of the kitchen is possible and subject to an additional fee (30,00 €) and advance notice.
• Weekly linen change (bed sheets, towels, kitchen towels) included.
• Linen can be changed more frequently, which is subject to an additional fee (10,00 €) and advance notice.
Extra bed
Extra bed (only possible in room category Superior) is subject to an additional fee (25,00 € / per night) and advance notice.
Laundromat
On each of the three apartmenthaus international floors is a laundry room, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The prices are 3,00 € for washing and 2,00 € for drying your laundry. You can access the laundromat on your floor with your room chip.
Gym
The gym on the 5th floor, which is equipped with a treadmill, a cross trainer, power station, wall bars and two smart TVs, is available to all our guests free of charge. You can access the gym with your room chip.
Internet / Wireless internet
We have installed a dedicated fiber optic cable with symmetrical 500 Mbit/s for the apartments for high-speed broadband internet. Wireless internet is available free of charge in all apartments and via the Smart TVs. Please note that we do not provide telephone or network sockets for direct connections in the apartments.
Parking
Upon request, we will gladly reserve a parking space for you in the underground garage (entrance Ehrenbreitsteinerstraße 44) or an outdoor parking space in the courtyard. With the two elevators, you will be taken directly from the underground garage to the floor where your room is.
You can access the underground garage using your room chip. The maximum entry height is 1.90 meters. To reserve a parking space, please contact our office on the 3rd floor or our reservations department.
Price per parking space: 5,00 € per night.
Personal entry system and key dispenser for 24h check in
You can check in personally in the building (during office hours and upon availability) or 24 hours a day using an electronic key deposit machine. The code for the key dispenser is your birth date: DD / MM / YY (day / month / year, each two digits)
We have a safe, secure door system throughout the entire building with individualized access to: main entrance, floor, room, washroom, gym, garbage room, and, if necessary, underground parking.
