Personal data will be raised if you transmit them to us in the framework of your request or contact voluntarily. Without your explicit approval, we use the data transmitted by you exclusively to fulfil and process your desire or request. With complete processing of your desire or request, your data will be deleted for further usage, respectively, during the processing of a contract, blocked and deleted after the storage period required by tax and commercial law, unless you have explicitly agreed to a further usage of your data. For the processing of payments, we will forward your payment data to the credit institute charged with the payment. With each access to a page of our homepage and with every retrieval of a file, data about this process will be gathered and saved in a log file for marketing and optimizing purposes. As far as this also refers to the IP address of the user, this can only be viewed by us in an anonymised form (the last 4 digits of the IP address).
