Allergenic bedding
All apartments have anti-allergic pillows and blankets. They are also equipped with a hygienic laminate floor.

Age
Minimum age for bookings is 18 years.

Airport Munich
35 km from the house, easily accessible by public transport (U3, S1). By car or taxi, the driving time is about 30 minutes.

Animals
Are not allowed.

Baby cot
A baby cot can be rented on request for 10,00 € per night including bedding, depending on availability.

Located in the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (mall).

Central Station Munich
From apartmenthaus international approx. 7 km away. Accessible by car in 15 minutes. The subway U1 goes directly from the train station to the Olypmiaeinkaufszentrum in about 14 minutes.

Check-in 24 hours
Daily from 3.00 pm. Please note our office hours.

Outside our office hours, you will receive your room chip via a key dispensing machine next to the entrance doors. The code for the key dispenser is your date of birth: DD / MM / YY (day / month / year – two digits each).

Check-out
Until 10.00 am. Should our office not be occupied, please leave the room chip in your apartment.

May be purchased in the office on the 3rd floor. Please note our office hours.

Booking is possible before arrival using Visa, Amercian Express, Mastercard or EC-Card.

There are two lifts to the underground garage.

In the case of an emergency, dial 112.

Entrance system
Safe, secure locking system for all doors with individualized access. Each apartment has a personal bell with intercom.

Extra bed
We provide a extra bed in your apartment for 25,00 € per person/night, depending on availability. All other (free) accommodation options are prohibited in the apartments.

Garage
Upon request, we will gladly reserve your own parking space in the underground garage (entrance Ehrenbreitsteinerstr. 44) or an outdoor parking space in the courtyard. With the two elevators, you will be taken directly from the underground garage to your floor.

Price per parking space: 5,00 € per night. The maximum entry height is 1.90 meters. Access to the underground garage is provided with your room chip.

To reserve a parking space, please contact our office on the 3rd floor or tell us your reservation request before arrival.

Gas station
Aral gas station about 200 meters away, obliquely opposite in the Triebstr.

General terms and conditions (GTC)

Guest Information
A brochure with additional, supplementary guest information is available in every apartment.

Gym
The modern gym, equipped with a cross trainer, treadmill, and a workout station as well as wall bars, is available 24 hours a day free of charge for all guests.

Hairdryer
Each bathroom has its own integrated hairdryer.

House rules
Our house rules can be found on our website, in the guestbook in each room as well as on a notice in front of our office on the third floor.

Information
Information regarding the house, reservations, excursions, sights to see, etc. can be obtained at the indicated office hours on the 3rd floor.

Internet
We have our own fiber optic cable with symmetrical 500 Mbit/s for the high-speed broadband internet. Wireless internet is available free of charge in all apartments and via the smart TVs. Please note that we do not provide telephone or network sockets for direct connections in the apartments.

Iron/Ironing board
We are happy to provide these free of charge upon availability. Please ask in our office on the 3rd floor.

Key loss
For the loss of the room chip as well as the mailbox key, we charge 10.00 € per key. In case you loose your key outside the office hours, please call: 0049 (0)152 11845109

Kitchen
Each apartment has a kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, glass cook top with extractor hood, microwave oven, water cooker, Senseo coffee machine, crockery, glasses and all kitchen utensils. Dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid and dish sponge will be restocked or changed weekly during cleaning.

Landlord´s confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung)
If demanded, receive this document at our office on the 3rd floor.

Linen change
Weekly linen change (bed linen and towels) included. Should you require an additional change of linen (10.00 €), please report this to the office on the 3rd floor.

Lock-off times
None. Each guest has their individually programmed key and can therefore always accesses the building.

Lost and found items
Are kept by us for six months, in the case of loss please ask in the office. Returns are at the expense of the recipient.

Lock-out
Our office is not occupied 24 hours. If you have forgotten your key, you can reach us most of the time in case of a lost key under: 0049 (0)152 11845109

Daily from 10 pm to 6 am, noise must be kept down.

Non-smoking rooms
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

Only one station from the stop Olympiazentrum with the U3 (direction: Fürstenried West), exit Olympiazentrum.

Parking

Payment
When renting up to one month, the accommodation has to be paid in advance.

Billing is done monthly. In the case of a charge by the company, invoicing or debiting is effected by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on the 1st of the rental month.

Pets
Are not allowed.

Pharmacy
Located in the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (mall).

Printing
We would be pleased to print your documents in our office at the indicated office hours. Please send us the document by email to apartmenthaus-muenchen@ib.de.

Public transport
Bus 163 leaves directly in front of the house to the Olympiaeinkaufszentrum. The underground lines U1 and U3 run from the nearby Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (mall) towards the main railway station and Marienplatz. Tickets are available at the subway stops.

Weekly cleaning of the apartment (except the kitchen) included. If you would like an additional room or kitchen cleaning (30.00 €), please report this to the office on the 3rd floor.

Each apartment has its own room safe.

Shopping
A diverse selection of shops can be found in the nearby Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (OEZ).

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and in all apartments. Violations will be charged with a penalty of 100.00 €. In the apartment building, the fire alarm system is directly connected to the fire brigade Munich.

Tea / Coffee
Each apartment has a water boiler and a Senseo coffee machine. Please bring your own tea and coffee pads.

Telephone
There are no telephones in the rooms, no public telephone in the house.

Tickets for public transport
All MVV tickets, valid for S-Bahn, subway, tram and bus, are available at the subway stop Olympiazentrum. 

Towels
Hand and shower towels are provided in the room for you, these are exchanged once a week.

TV / Smart TV
All apartments and the gym are equipped with new 32-inch LCD flat-screen TVs. The 89 TV programs in 14 languages are received via satellite, thus providing a varied and informative television program. There are also several radio stations available via the TV, and each TV is also connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.

 

U

"Umweltplakette" (Emission sticker)
Required for Munich. Stickers in green or yellow, available at the TÜV. This includes the entire area within the Mittlere Ring. The Mittlere Ring itself does not belong to the environmental zone. The Triebstr. 14 is outside this zone.

 

W

Washing machines
On each of the three floors of the apartment building, there is a laundry room, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The prices are 3,00 € for washing and 2,00 € for drying your laundry. Access to the washroom on your floor will be provided with your room chip. Please bring your own detergent.
